Information we use
We process your account name, email, account identifier, authentication information, purchase status, practice progress and submitted drill ratings or comments. We also record authenticated resource-page visits to provide a 30-day usage overview. We do not record drill searches or parent-message content. If you accept optional analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 also measures page visits, successful sign-ups, fixed coaching action labels and verified Standard purchases, using browser identifiers and device information. We do not send your name, email, account identifier, message text, review comments or URL query parameters to Google Analytics.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide your account and purchased resources, save progress, moderate feedback, support you and keep the service secure. Our legal bases are performance of our contract, legal obligations for payment records, and legitimate interests in security, moderation and understanding resource usage.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payments securely; we do not store full card numbers. Lovable Cloud provides hosting, authentication and account data services. Google receives information when you choose Google sign-in and, separately, when you consent to Google Analytics. Optional analytics processing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw through Cookie preferences on any page. These providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable safeguards. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Your device and offline files
Essential browser storage keeps you signed in and holds practice files you explicitly save. Parent messages are edited in your browser and shared only when you copy or download them. Google Analytics cookies are loaded only after you accept analytics. Rejecting or withdrawing analytics does not affect account access or offline files. Advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Analytics events already collected are subject to the retention settings of our Google Analytics property; contact us for details. Remove saved plans on shared devices; downloaded files remain until you delete them.
Reviews and children
Approved drill ratings and comments are visible to other signed-in coaches; pending feedback is visible to its author and administrators. Do not submit children’s names, contact details, health information or other identifying family information. The service is intended for adult coaches, not children’s accounts.
Retention and your rights
Account and progress information is retained while needed to provide your account. We retain transaction information where required for accounting or legal obligations and may retain limited security information when necessary. You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to processing. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
